1. Double computer controling system has two control modes: joint control and manual control which can switch flexibly. For joint control: after the motor starts, the equipment starts operation, then aggregate weighing device and cement weighing device and water weighing device starts. Materials are automatically discharged into hopper after the batching is finished, and then the hopper is raised automatically. After reaching a certain limit, the hopper stops and the aggregates are discharged to the concrete mixer, and at last the hopper automatically falls after discharging.
2. Electric box of control system in concrete batching plant adopts aluminum alloy panels, which makes the operation clear, and the electric box of control system has the function to prevent water from leaking.
