Daily maintenance for concrete mixer

Concrete mixer machine is the significant host mixng machine of commercial concrete batching plant, especially the forced concrete mixer which works aitomatically with high efficiency, strong production capacity. 

So the maintenance for cocnrete mixer should be paid large attentions, so as to snsure the normal operation of concrete batching plant.

1. Add some water in mixing drum, and keep the concrete mixer idling for onr to two minutes before start working.

2. Check if the driving system and the braking system are in good condition.

3. Regularly Check lubrication of all parts.

4. Ensure the oil in oil pump is enough.

5. After one day's work, lubracete and clean up the mixing shafts.

6. Clean the mixing drum and discharge door after work is finished.

How to disassemble concrete mixing plant

Generally, commercial concrete mixing plant is larger than project concrete mixing plant, and mainly used to product and sent concrete to anyplace where there is a need of concrete, so commercial concrte mixing plant does not need to disassemble in genernal. However, the project concrete mixing plant need to move to a new construction site after a specific construction project is finished.

Then how to disassemble concrete mixing plant:
1. Cut off all power supplies, and clean the control system and all equioment.
2. All the wires, pipes, etc. should removed in order, and put into reasonable storage.
3. Remove the mechanical part as the following procedures: closed system → batching system → flat belt conveyor → inclining belt conveyor → screw conveyor → fly ash and cement weighing systems → host mixing system → cement, fly ash tanks.


During the disassembly, ensure the rational storage of disassembled components for the conveninent installation again. And comply with the work practices, pay attention to construction safety.
